Use of the game

STACK is a personal, non-transferable entertainment application. You may use it on devices and accounts where the relevant App Store, Google Play, or web terms allow it. Do not reverse engineer, exploit, automate, resell, or interfere with the game, its services, or other players.

Purchases

The Full Game unlock, gem packs, and other digital items are sold through Apple, Google Play, or another displayed platform. Prices, taxes, payment processing, cancellations, and refunds are governed by that platform’s terms. Consumable items have no cash value and are not permanent entitlements after they have been spent.

Do not attempt to duplicate, manipulate, or charge back a transaction while retaining delivered items. Contact support if a completed purchase is not delivered.

Content and conduct

STACK artwork, code, audio integration, names, and other presentation elements are owned by the developer or licensed to the developer. You may not copy or redistribute them except as permitted by law or the applicable platform license. You are responsible for any material you submit in a support request.

Availability and updates

The game may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable for maintenance, platform changes, network issues, ad inventory, or other operational reasons. Features that depend on stores, advertising, hosting, or other service providers are not guaranteed to be available in every region or at every time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STACK is provided “as is” without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited in your jurisdiction.
